Conducting a search for your
required domestic staff through the internet or
through advertisements in the newspapers.
2.
CV Evaluation
Conducting a thorough CV analysis
to explore discrepancies and identify inaccuracies.
3.
Interviewing
Conducting interviews for
applicants either in person or on the telephone
(depending on the location of the applicant)
4.
Selection
Short listing applicants for
interview.
5.
ID Verification
To confirm that the applicant is
legally permitted to live and work in the UK.
6.
Qualification check
To verify qualifications with the
relevant awarding body.
7.
Previous experience check
Confirmation of any previous work
experience (where applicable).
8.
Police check
An enhanced Criminal Records
Bureau check.
9.
Health check
To confirm that the applicant is
medically fit and suitable for the job.
10.
English language skills check
To determine if the applicant
will be able to communicate effectively with their
client.
11.
Reference check
Any previous employers of the
candidate with be contacted in writing and are
required to fill out and return our guarantors form.
We may need to carry out a skills
evaluation assessment for the applicant depending on
job they have applied for and our selection process
will not be complete until our vetting procedure is
complete.
12.
Short listing
Once we are satisfied that an
applicant is suitable for a clients vacancy, we then
refer the applicant to the client for final
assessment and approval or rejection. If the
applicant is rejected by the client for whatever
reason, we will send another applicant until the
client is satisfied.
