Security measures
We try to keep in line with
ISO-9002 procedure because we understand that the
selected applicants are going to be working in
client’s houses and offices; sometimes when the
clients are not at home.
Some of the measures include;

ID verification to ascertain
that the application is resident and legally
permitted to work in the UK.

Request up to date Enhanced
Criminal Records Bureau check from the candidate
because many of them will be dealing with
children and vulnerable adults.

Request details of 2
references. 1 previous employer/educational
reference and 1 character reference. We will
confirm these references either by phone or
through letter and we will get these referees to
fill our guarantors form.

We check their medical
history/records to ensure that they are fit and
able to work.

We confirm whatever training
the candidate may have had in health and safety,
food/hygiene and first aid. We can also arrange
training for those candidates wishing to gain
such qualifications.
Each applicant is carefully
interviewed by our recruitment consultant to
ascertain qualification and training, work history
and levels of experience, personal circumstances,
medical fitness to work in the UK and their English
language communication skills.
